CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an effective form of psychotherapy that helps individuals identify and alter negative patterns of thought and behavior to address psychological issues and enhance well-being. The fundamental principle of CBT is that our thoughts, feelings, and actions are interconnected, and changing any one of these aspects can positively influence our overall happiness. At PSYWELL, our CBT therapists are rigorously trained and industry-certified, bringing extensive experience to provide high-quality counseling services. Our range of CBT services includes treatment for eating disorders, emotional difficulties, adolescent mental health issues, relationship problems, and more.
